The base is manufactured from 3mm mild steel sheet with RHS cross members and pressed ribs. All corner posts, shelves, main rails and cross members are from rolled hol- low section. The back, sides and door pan- els are pressed from 2mm mild steel sheet which is corrugated where required, the sloping roof is pressed and fitted with suit- able bracing, is fully welded around the perimeter and fitted with crane lifting points (Maximum 2000kgs gross weight - each lift point). The double steel sliding doors run on easy glide track, galvanised support channels sit above the fully seam welded sump, the base is fitted with plinths to eliminate ground contact and the unit it is shot blast- ed before being painted.
