Introducing our compact single-door fire cabinet, meticulously crafted to securely store and recharge lithium-ion batteries on four perforated shelves.
Constructed entirely from cold-pressed sheet steel with a thickness ranging from 1 to 1.5mm, this cabinet is further fortified with a protective coating of anti-acid epoxy powder. Each steel panel is backed by specialized insulation comprised of high-density fiber panels that are completely free of ceramic fibers, ensuring resistance to high temperatures up to 800 °C.
Our cabinet range has been rigorously certified for 90-minute fire resistance, meeting the standards of EN 14470-1 TYPE 90. This means that in the event of an internal or external fire, you can count on a full 90 minutes of protection, offering a dependable long-term solution.
When temperatures exceed 47 °C, the cabinet's doors feature an automatic hydraulic closing system designed to contain fires effectively. Additionally, there are closing valves set at 70 °C for air inlet and outlet pipes. For added safety and door stability, anti-spark hinges are seamlessly integrated into the design.
As a standard feature, each unit is equipped with a key-operated lock and a door block system, providing an extra layer of security and convenience.
